I may not be able to have you all over for a cup of coffee and a chat, but I still believe in the value of slowing down and sharing a moment together—even if it’s only through words on a page.

As the An Old House and Some Land continues to grow and develop, Substack gives me a place where I can connect with my readers on a more personal level. It’s a place where I can share the occasional story, thoughts I’ve been pondering, or updates on life in our old house—simple, honest, and as they come.
